You have to create a developer account at www.qarchive.org/developer/ . There is a possibility to add any of your PAD files. Also, you can find there your programs that are already listed being taken from ASP PAD Repository. So, your program will appear at few web sites: www.qarchive.org, www.vista-files.org, www.safe-install.com .
