This tool is one of the best I've seen so far to do this task. It captures the web pages and can snap them periodically - imagine capturing your news sites every few hours and see how things change over time!
Alas I needed programming functionality to do the same for the project I am working on this tool however great does not offer programming tools access to the engine. Great tool though!
