This organizer is thorough. I was amazed by it. I recommend this program for everyone!

I think i use this kind of personnel noto first time and i found it very helpful as i can carry all my personnel things in one organizer.As i required such think in my job profile to remember everything like reminding activity,alarms,prioritize things etc which really helpful for me.

My problem with Noto was not a broken link, but the fact that it is for Windows and I have a mac.
I was really curious to get to know it, but I had no chance.
If one of this days you create a version for mac (or if already exists and I don't know) please tell me.

Looks great but I didn't quite find my way around it too easily. I really like the project management section. I'm sure if I focussed on it I would have found how to set reminders. But in the end I went with a combination of Exel Spreadsheet and Windows Calender. Which seems powerful enough to do anything I need and then some, with a bit of imagination.

Noto was exactly what I was looking for. It's a real organizer in your hands, only it never needs supplies to refill it and it works so much easier.

I am not impressed with it 'locked' to your computer, so if the company or site goes away, and your computer fails.. then you're sol for having an organizer that you love. This detracts from the value, to me.

I'm never a fan of software that works like Noto in that way. The only reason I did purchase a license is that it was only 40 dollars, so I may still be taken in the end, but for not that much money.

My suggestion, raise the price and make it so people actually own their program. They'll gladly pay the difference for something they can always use regardless if the company or website stays around.

There is nothing wrong with Noto, but I was looking for something with text and images. Truthfully I looked at dozens of day planners. The best found so far is idailydiary. It too has its weaknesses.......

This program is amazing. I am by far the most disorganized single working mom there is; and no matter what I try I could not find something SIMPLE to keep me on track. I even splurged on a Franklin Convey personalized carry around; but my 2 young girls always seemed to color on it or steal papers. :) Finally, I found NoTo online by mistake, and after a quick download I was unloading all the notes I wrote on papers i had all over my house, in my purse, car, fridge... everyware! Noto cleaned my house of clutter in one night! Noto was so easy to use; and the help tutorial could be understood by a child. All the stuff I grab online like directions or favorite sites are easy to paste into the cute little binder. For instance, I entered my doctor apt on thursday in the "day" section, then copied the address and phone number right into the phonebook. Next time I wont have to look it up again. It will remind me I have the apointment Wednesday night.
Plus, you can color code and use little bitmap photos for your schedule, one click your missed TO-DO of the day and assign it to another, and my favorite is the 5 general tabs you customize. I Used one for "Childrens School", another for "Wedding Plan" another for "Home search" and so on. I can add websites, ideas, keep records and so much under each tab. All while jamming to my MP3 player built in. I swear this has got to be one of the best ideas
I just wish it was free!!!!!

I really like this for a personal planner; though some add ons and updates would be great. I would love if you could resize it to a full screen or any size YOU wanted rather than just the two choices offered. PASSWORD protection is a must with any upgrades! Being able to customize your own fonts would be great too. I'd rather see a page for "birthdays at a glance" that shows months and list birthdays by months (that adds them to the individual months) than a GAME....actually don't get the whole game thing in an organizer but..... Thanks for considering the upgrades!

Good looking program that has lots of good features.

It starts up and wants me to register, says it is a 30 day free trial but seems to have elapsed after one day so it has been operational once.
I don't want to buy it. I want to test it.

It is the best thing I have ever down loaded, I will definately buy it at the end of the free trial, I like the fact that it is just a planner and that it is so interactive. I like that it has lots of extra functions. I would like to see something simular for doing projects, in the form of a folder with deviders(like school or colllege folders) it is a greener option, as it saves paper and space.

I was actually looking for a private daily diary when I stumbled upon Noto. If such a feature would be added later on or as a separate product, I would look for password protection, some kind of text formatting/coloring in addition to adding icons that noto already has and of course being able to scroll up and down ie type more than 21 lines.

As a PIM, It is excellent (from my limited experience with it) but I would definitely look for password protection. I couldn't figure out what the first icon was in the address book, wish something popped out -a balloon or something which later could be turned off from preferences. Same fonts, text color look boring. Not much info on the website, whether upgrades are free etc, just a support email id and download/buy links with a brief description. No FAQ's etc.. feels like it would be difficult to get support or the site has been setup in a hurry. Sorry thats how I felt when I visited the site.

It looks like a great program but I didn't realize it was for Windows only.
Although I have Parallels for Mac and could run the program on my Mac, I would
rather have a Mac version.

One additional feature that would be nice is to be able to link to files on local computer from a project.

I am requisting to add email facility to your product in order to get full time usage of the software. I need to know about volume licensing for +50 users.

Best software ever made! Usefull, beauty and easy.

Easy to use great for home or business.

Great program. However, I am disappointed that although it appears on a website promoting Vista products, the actual programme is NOT Vista compatible and constatnt crashes when the user enters data. Great Pity.
