PC to Phone Auto Dialer Telephone Voice Recording Broadcast. Ideal for group event reminders, marketing, political campaign promotion, events notification, marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, and much more. Spreadsheet interface makes it easy to create or import phone list. Simply record your message in an audio file, use the built-in calendar to set a call time. Remote access capability. The program will make all the phone calls one by one like a robot and call status will be displayed while the call is made. In professional version, the software has text to speech engine, and message designer enabling play different and personal messages for human pick up vs. answering machine. Human recipient can have interactive response with the software for RSVP. Many other features include message replay over the phone by voice command, personalized message to each call number using text to speech and voice recognition technology, playing messages only for human or only for answering machine, retry when call fails or line busy, schedule for multiple call lists in advance using built-in calendar, do-not-call check list, dial internal extension, outside line, international number, plus many more. Click on BroadcastByPhone icon installed on your computer, enter call list or import existing phone list and click on Start call on broadcast pull down menu. If you haven not prepared your voice message, check out Quick Start Guide on how to record your voice messages. Make sure to connect your modem to a working phone line. Minimal hardware requirement are a PC running Windows Vista, XP, 2000, or 2003, a voice modem or VOIP through Skype. The software can work with either regular phone line or Voice over IP.

There is something cumbersome when you write just one name and number in the list and you want to dial inmediately. You are forced to save the list first. This happens even when the list is already on a file. Now, the status was also saved, ¿what for?: later, when you open the list, and want to make calls, you must firt delete the status, save again, now you have to chose again the voice mesage to play.
I suggest:
First, do not save the call status on the numbers list. Perhaps in another one for the record.
Otherwise, include a "clear status column" command. Better, if you press start, clear as a first step the status column, automatically, do not ask for more and start making calls.
Second: In the «broadcast call control» form, change the order of items. First, choose the broadcast message, and after that select the broadcasting time.
Third: It is is convinient to let in the audio file capture box, the last used voice message as a default one. So you do not have to browse again if you still want to use the same message.
Four: Please note, When you press stop, call follows going on. There apears to be no way to really hang up.
Five: The installation steps are not in the usual form. You download, and then, in the same form, you install. If you do not watch with enough care, you may loose time looking for the setup file.
