JPEG Imager is an interactive image compressor. It provides a real-time preview of a compressed image and handy means to compare it with original one. You can fiddle with various compression parameters and observe the effect of changes almost instantly. You can also specify a desired file size and let the program select the proper value of the quality parameter automatically. In short, JPEG Imager is perfect for Quality vs. File Size optimization. It may prove to be very useful if you need to optimize your images for publishing in the Web. Speaking about other features, JPEG Imager includes a set of basic image manipulation and enhancing operations such as Resample (resize), Crop, Rotation, Gamma correction, Levels adjustment and so on. I can really recommend this tool. I actually just needed a tool that can resize JPEG Images to just another quality so they are fitting our web profile. The Batch Possibilites of JPEG Imager don't only offer this option but far more. So i just could enter a maximum filesize for my 566 images and it automatically adjusted the quality so it fits in one batch. I just love this as it saved me hours of work. Thank you JPEG Imager. I rated Good for the price as i just can't really say it because i downloaded just the trial. All other ratings are excellent. The Interface is easy to use and i had no problems at all. The best thing is that when you do a batch it keeps the settings u used until you close the program. That is just perfekt
