Ringtone Creator is a multiplatform engine for the conversion of cell phone ringtones. It can run as a standalone application, convert ringtones on the fly, or even be integrated into your own development projects.

The program is great but my phone will not accept mp3 according to the email I got but my service provider says that my phone should be able to accept mp3 downloads oh well.
