STDU Viewer is a document viewer for multiple file formats. The goal of this software is to replace the multiple document viewers with a single simple application.
STDU Viewer supports following document formats: DjVu, TIFF, PDF, WWF, FB2, DCX, Comic Book Archive (CBR or CBZ), XPS, TXT, TCR, JBIG2, PalmDoc(PDB).
For documents that support content STDU Viewer gives the possibility to show the content for quick jumping from one section to another.
Also you can:
1. Create your own named bookmarks for easy access to part of document.
2. Select and copy image and text.
3. Search text in document.

Yes indeed, I tried solving a problem on a friends' computer who could not open pictures in a webbased word.doc.
I tried the STDU Viewer, but I'm not very used to windows computers (I work with osx-apple) and as I recall I couldn't find a way to make the STDU-viewer automatically open in case someone opens a .doc file in an email. (maybe a tip for you to make that option).
Finally I downloaded Microsoft's word viewer from the microsoft site. That worked, so I no longer searched on.
Thank you anyway for the viewer.
