The freeware contains spyware. I use two antispyware programs(Threatfire and Adaware), both can detect the spyware hiding in the Internet Speed Booster program.
Please consider throughly before u want to download the program!!!

In my honest opinion I haven't noticed any "boost". It might not work for everyone but regarding the program itself, it works very good on Vista (my OS) and it doesn't give any sort of problems.

After installing speed booster in windows vista, my video screen froze which I have to reboot my computer. I never really get a chance to use
speed booster before I had to uninstall it.

Version: 5000Though I am yet to install it, a friend of mine is giving me some sceptism about its ability to make graphics in a web-page rather thin and unatractive by changing the colour profile of graphics in a web page. I am yet to see how true this is but am a bit afraid of installing it.

Version: 5000When I attempted to run the program it locked up my computer twice. I finally got through the program and it seemed to speed it up.
My computer is a Pentium D dual processor 2.8 Ghz with 1.5 GB of memmory running MS Windows XP SP 3.
