Wave To Text is an English speech recognition-based dictation pad with a WAV to text converter. The dictation pad lets you convert your voice to text in real-time, while the program's wizard enables you to convert your Windows Audio WAV files (speech recorded) offline. This speech utility is probably the most high speed way to convert speech to text, you don't need to be conscious of what the computer is going to write, you also don't miss a word as its stored in a wav file. You may then high speed edit the converted text using a special editor which plays back every word which you can mark for editing purposes. I would not buy

This program misses the mark by a long shot. Was hoping that this could help me dictate audiophiles, but it's too slow and not accurate enough.

Update my eval license

I need to have the eval license reinstated. I have yet to get the program to convert a WAV file to Text. I will not be purchasing this software unless I can see this happen. Thanks

I tried the trial version but did not work. I called for tech support & I've been told no tech support. I emailed my problem but nobody cared even to answr me. What kind of company is it?

Rubbish review

Insufficient guidlines, no help files.

My first attempt took 26 hours to translate using the low rate of accuracy and X2 speed then it wouldn't work because the file was taken from a CD and the program wouldn't write to it. Finally worked that one out!

Had to start all over again, it speeded up with X100. Finally on the fourth attempt got a text which was giberish to say the least, now wasted two days, and still no valued results!!!

The original was recorded on a digital dictaphone which created a WAV file.

As for your two questions NO. 1 has been addressed. Two,If it could do as described it would be marvellous. As it stands this program is rubbish and not worth a cent.

Let me know if you ever get it working, or can send some instructions. What does happens "automatically" and what is the "Speaker" mean? I received a warning saying that if I didn't select a correct "speaker" then it might run slow. That was on the second run how much slower can it go if it takes 26 hours to do the first recording.
