For twice I can not buy this prouct.

First time was by Regsoft via PayPal and the second just by credit card.

I have the trial version, but it looks like it could work to recover mails.

What can I do? Are the managers of Recovery still working?

The message of Regsoft is: "No order was found (3)", but I have a Tracking Number.

Please could you help me?

Downloading and installing was just a breeze , the software is reasonbly user friendly, just did what it says , at this moment i am still tinkering with the tool box...!! lemme see how it goes ..time will tell ....

The recovery tool worked well on the corrupted dbx folder. I first backed up everything. I used the tool to recover and save all of the emails to a folder. I then created a file folder in OE. Dragged out the corrupted dbx file from OE using the file explorer. I then needed to highlight the recovered emails and then drag them into the recreated folder in OE which created a new dbx file in OE.

Be aware that after paying you have to wait to get the huge registration (paragraph) key from the manufacturer

It did just what it said on the tin. I successfully extracted all the e-mails from a 2gb inbox.dbx and it worked quite quickly given the size of the file. I am very pleased. The only improvement I can think of would be to enable entry of the registration key without exiting the program. The requirement to do it like this meant I had to run the extraction process again, once I had satisfied myself that it worked.

The program successfully recovered files that were inaccessible due to the 2GB limit.

I had a 2.1gb inbox that I could not read, but was able to recover. Worked without a hitch. Would be good if could get a faster response on the unlock code. Only took a couple of hours but should'nt take but a couple of minutes.

I used this to recover email from a client's corrupt Outlook Express inbox. It was able to find all of the emails and recover them. Very easy to use. Worked like a charm. For the price, it's not worth fooling around with any other product.

This program works very well and recovered every messaage from my corrupted Inbox file - over 4500 emails. Definitely worth the price, if you want those old emails you never bothered to backup.

Speaking of backing up, the program also can be used easily back up all messages in any folder you have in Outlook Express - just tell it you want to recover the messages in that folder, and create a folder to save them and it will
copy them all into the new folder for you.

One nice feature is that you can see if which emails it can recover before you actually buy it - the trial version will do everything but actually save your "recovered" emails,
so you know if it will work for you BEFORE you pay.

All in all, it's a good program at a fair price.

But not completely fulfill my needs about data lost for outlook data. Maybe in the future some features need to be added.

Scenario :
My OE Inbox had grown quite large over the years. I usually remove mails and put them in folder annually like 2004, 2005 etc. This time the inbox had grown to 2Gb and as usual the IT guys didnt tell me the dangers of this. My OE stopped receiving mails from the ISP. The IT guys just blamed the ISP and laid back. Eventually OE stopped reading my inbox and I couldnt access anything from the inbox.

Solution :
- After a search on Google, i was able to identify that the problem was actually a result of a heavy inbox - mine was 2Gb+
- I dloaded the Recovery Toolbox.
- I 'copied' the Inbox file to another folder.
- I directed the software to that folder from where this utility would start reading the inbox.
- It read all my mail.
- I ticked all the mail for recovery (all was present)
- The software will save the email msgs as individual emls in another specified folder.
- Then i deleted the actual inbox.
- Opened OE
- Made folders
- Drag and dropped the respective emls into the folders.
- The latest emls for this year were safely dragged/dropped to the inbox.
- OE is working fine now. All data was recovered.

Software is easy, efficient and very useful when users are about to lose critical mail. The price is a bit steep since we only will probably need it rarely.

The program is esay to use, but I was not lucky to recover the lost information.

I downloaded this to see if this would get my messed emails and it didn't, I even paid for the program hoping that would work but of course not.

Well, let's see. After using of your program I still missed most of my e-mails for the last 2 month - My last backup was for 05.06.2007. Not exactly a big succes.

I inadvertently inturrupted a OE compaction cycle, and lost all my inbox mails from Nov 2006 until May 2007. Whilst the product interrogated the inbox database OK, it did not recover the 6 or so months data that I had lost, so it didn't meet my needs....sorry

The Recovery Toolbox was able to see all of the email in the inbox. I did not need to recover the items because the client moved to full Outlook and brought the contacts over.

I didn't find the tool helpful at all. I downloaded it as it was recommended from another site as my outlook express needed repaired, but it was of no use to me at all.

I had a corrupted inbox which was missing many of my important mails. I purchased this tool after using a trial download. This tool was able to successfully recover my mails from my corrupted inbox.

Some things that would be nice to have is provision to sort by date/sender etc., Filter-option for selecting messages for saving (for eg. by Sender, Date etc.). If the Messages are large in number, then it is hard to select one-by-one (if you want only a subset to be saved).

I revewed this for a client to recommend whether it would do the necessary job and if it was worth the money - and the answer to both was a resounding yes

SINCERILY, I THINK THAT THIS TOOL IS EXCELLENT. I ONLY USE THE TRIAL VERSION, BUT I SAW THAT WE COULD USE IT IN MY WORK.
