The program did not repair my damaged jpg files. Since that is the only reason for my experience with your software, I uninstalled it. Furthermore, none of the questions in your survey, #3 below, apply since it failed. As to #4, I cannot recommend it for repairing jpgs.
Tried it on a series of multipage TIFF files. The product could not find anything in the files. Each TIFF in the series contained over 100 pages. Did not try it on anything else.
After an XD card mishap we ended up with some JPEG files of 1.4Mb but an image of only 160*120. Your program was no help at all in recovering the real data.
I downloaded the trial and used it on several known bad files. Some I've had for a number of years. I didn't fix any of them. It didn't even partially fix them. I'm not impressed with this program at this time. Maybe a future release will work better.
