I play a reasonable amount of online poker at other sites and thought I would try Tony G Poker 2009. I have to say I was very disappointed. The format is very busy and in your face and therefore not at all relaxing. It is also played at a rediculous pace quite unlike a real gambling situation and pays no respect to thoughtful consideration of the hand you are holding and the odds you need to work out. Thirdly,as to the randomness of the hands dealt, I have my deep suspicions as I believe that there were bots at the table who couldnt lose. I'm not a poor loser as it was only chips for fun not real money however, I couldn't win a solitary hand. If I had 3 queens, the guy would have 3 kings. If I had a straight, he would have a higher straight or a flush that consistently arrived on the river. I play fun poker as if it were real dollars unlike some players who go "all in" almost every hand. The overriding consideration with these sites is that one can trust the site to be impartial otherwise one will hardly deposit cash to play for real money if in the back of your mind you think its not randomly dealt. In conclusion, I found the site amateurish in comparison to others. Feel free to respond to my review. You have my email address.
