I need a way to import Group vcf files into MS Outlook, or, alternatively, parse the Group vcf into a csv or tab text. ABC Amber vCard Converter could do neither.

Great work, solved my problem within minutes, I usually avoid freeware as it rarely performs, this is an exception.
I don't know why Microsoft couldn't incorporate this in the their package.
