Maybe this is my own ignorance, but I can't figure out how to use this software for mailing Christmas cards and printing labels for more than one individual. Example: I need to send a card to Mr. & Mrs. John Smith. I tried typing "Mr. & Mrs. John" as the first name - won't fit. This program will not work for me. I really like the way this program is set up other than that, though. Too bad for me. Thanks anyway.
The first name field is 20 characters long. "Mr. & Mrs. John" will easily fit in that space. Make sure that the entire field is highlighted before typing into the field so that any traling blanks are not stopping you from using the entire length of the entry field.
