The tool is really great and can be very helpful!
Many settings allow a very good adaption to the user's needs.
However, for me the tool is a bit too slow. After releasing Alt-Tab to change to an application, there is a little delay. Most of the users will probably not notice that, but I am using task-switching very often and fast, so for me it is not ideal.

Visually perfect, gives more info than task listing only. Also very customizable.
Cons
Would like to see only previews instead of listing and previews together. Would also like to see previews of programs minimized to the taskbar, maybe some cached previews or something.
