I used Instant Demo 6.50 to record a 60+ minutes seminar with a powerpoint presentation and live audio. Full screen capture (1280x800) generated a flash movie of 20MB. Great image quality.
Beware though that live sound recording is disabled by default, so the first try was soundless. Also, sound is by defalt recorded at 11kHz, which gives rather poor audio quality. But after these reconfigurations it works fine.
This is a great tool for creating an animated tutorial and presentation from your own computer, or on the web, to share with others. It's as if that person is sitting next to you, at your computer, while you show them step-by-step, how something is done. You send them the presentation, and they can follow along with what you did in the presentation, on their own computer.
