You have three options, find link partners on doing research your competitors website, find websites with keyword research use SE, and find websites that always link to your site.
After finding link partners it's really easy to add link data, to remove links, check the link status, to check the backlinks to your website, and automatically to generate your partner link page. With the option to check backlinks you can quick and easy search for broken links and remove them. With all the features Active Link Exchange contained, it is a powerful tool I highly recommend to manage your reciprocal link exchange strategy.
