The creators of DVD Copy, in their tricky wisdom, thought it best to "default"
opt all buyers into purchasing a copy of their software in CD format. A
request for a refund within 5 minutes of purchase results in a curt reply,

sorry to inform you that I can’t return the money you paid for the CD. For the

I purchased DVD Copy SOFTWARE for my mac on http://www.mp4converter.net/ and when my payment cleared I went to download it and it wouldn't install into my MAC OS X 10.4. I asked why it wouldn't run & install and they said oh, it will work and your activation key is still valid. I took all of their .pkg files off and everything and tried to download again. I did this several times and I even tried installing the other versions. I have Mac OS X 10.4 with 512 Ram & 60Gb hard drive. Anyways, I wrote Wendy Terry back and told her, "look, it won't install into my OS, may I please have a refund?" 2 days later I get a email from Wendy Terry saying, "I am sorry we must know the issue clearly, and I am sorry to tell you that we can not refund you in this situation. If you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail me again." Now, I specifically told Wendy Terry who represents DVD COPY FOR MAC at mp4converter.net what was wrong and now I get a refusal of my request for a refund and they know I didn't install it or activate the software, BECAUSE IT WON'T INSTALL!
