Having downloaded and run Speed it up for free I found my computer to be no quicker and I had difficulty in making an Interenet connection. For this reason I deleted it.

Quality program, but I didn't want to pay for the full version. I can see how it could be helpful.

It slows down my computer sometimes when I do hard disk speedup, and doesn't have its own window, so you have to "shrink" down your windows to see it. All in all, it is a pretty good program, and doesn't take too long for Windows Optimization. I would recommend this.

When I go online the first thing I do is to use the software, which starts to function within a minute and speed up my download time.

I don't notice that my pc is any faster than it was.

I really like this program it is like self sufficient. It knows where to look for clean up , it speeds up the hard drive and all in one click, For An older XP computer it helps me keep things running faster and not as many clogged areas and I don't have to search myself to rid my computer of trahs items that lurk inside.I really like this program! indeed your software is good but it changed my Window's clock, now my pc clock is not showing right time.

I have only just rebuilt my puta so comparing speed is difficult to compare accurately. The refresh speed does appear quicker.
I noticed comments about other users that their puta slowed down after a week. From what I have seen, maybe they need to open the program from the start menu and run the program as maintenace (much like defrag), but at this point I can't be sure.
I have been told Windows XP doesn't need to be defraged due to the C:\ formatt method, but either way you get a nice warm fuzzy if you started putas in the 90s and consider defreg a regular maintenance procedure.
Liked the view of the RAM. Its nice to guage how its going.
Maybe would be good if the program would record the last time it was run due to the message "do not repeat within one hour". In the case of our home PC with several users, it would help eliminate the possibility of running it twice in succession.

The 2 question are related , all task on my computer offcoarse , and the speed is fantastic , passing from one program to another is now different. Speed sometime is good.

I have found Speed it up Free to be an excellent tool and aid to assist with the management of my PC. It lives up to all that the Suppliers say it will, and I have recommended it to all my friends.

Program did not work, Tried it twice, First time locked whilst moving clusters, had to cancel. Second time crashed whilst compacting. There was a significant speed increase however.

I use Windows XP and my computer had slowed down to a crawl. I am running on a mere 256Mg of RAM and blamed this for the slowdown. On loading 'Speed it up Free' yesterday I did appear to have gained considerable speed but this morning I am running very slowly again.
I guess it is a bit too early to make a final judgement.
I do like the ability to see how much available memory I have at any given moment

Very impressive program! Does what it's supposed to do! Best part that it's free!

Although I am a Home User and not hugely computor literate I find that this program has been of great help to me. I run Windows XP and although this program runs separate utilities for "Disk Error Check", "Disk Cleanup" and "Disk Defragment" I have not found any clean-up utility for the "RAM". "Speed It Up Free" includes "RAM Booster" as part of it's utility which I believe is an important part of the "Clean-up" process for your PC. "Speed It Up Free" includes all of these processes, plus, I guess others in one utility as a "One Stop Shop" senario which sorts out all these individual processes in one hit. I have had no hesitation in recomending "Speed It Up Free" to my friends.

This is quite a nice product, but it does not do much more than other similar products.

I use b4 and after defragmenting HD and after times i find my pc is slower than it sld

It does seem to help, but the effect fades to quickly.

Interface is easy to use. Use of each function does not appear to be clearly controllable, i.e. choose to run or not.

I found that on installing the software it froze the computer frequently & slowed it down. I had to uninstall it. Thanks for the use of the software.

First of all I would like to say that I stumbled uopn your program by accident, as I do with many things, and installed it with a desktop icon for future use. Having now added this to my computer I can tell that there is a definate speeding up of my internet downloads. I no longer have to wsit (impatiently) while I go to my home page and onto my emails, then onto other places I am researching, as there is always something else that my search sends me to.

As yet I do not know what other tasks that this will help me solve, being a new computer illiterate user.

If there is a way that you could help me, that would be wonderful. At the moment I have bouts of internet use and then there is a period away from it as my mother has breast csncer and I spend time down with her.

The future looks bright in all ways, thank you

I always try to find programs to clean and speed up in an easy and.
Functional way. I did use and try out several, with speed up I did find a really fantastic and easy program to speed up my computer in a few minutes, thank you.

My PC has been running a little slow of late and I was hoping this program would sort things out. The installation was quick and efficient and the first part of the speed-up process ran smoothly enough. The hard disk speed-up started and that, too, ran well until the end of the defragmentation section when the program froze.
I used Task Manager to shut down Speed It Up Free and, as there was no obvious speed gain I uninstalled the program and ran another, faster free defragmenter.

1.It's a nice application.
2.Quite easy to handle.
3.Takes lesser time than other applications.
4.Can be stopped at any stage.
5.Overall very GOOD.

This I amazing! It fixed almost ALL of my computer problems!
My hd audio is HD again.
My computer is up to speed.
And it will speed up my computer when not in use!

I used your software, but can't tell if it made my computer faster. It must be because I'm ignorant about what is "fast." I see that the program defrags the hard drive, and I guess it should make it faster, but try as I might, I can't tell.

As far as the other things the computer might be doing to speed up my machine, I really don't know if it's going fast or not. I can't tell the difference. Oh wait, I did notice that programs launch faster, I think. O hell, I'm not sure. Good program, though I don't like it trying to install itself in my boot sequence. I like to use it when I want to use it, I don't want it hanging out and eating valuable RAM. But I guess that's what the program does.

So far it has been very effective.

It really did speep my computer up and got rid of a lot of unwanted junk. Sometimes when you use these type of products they really mess things up. Not so with Speed It Up Free! My only question is, why are there so many different versions out there?

This free app does what it says it will do. It will clean up your files, speed up your hard drive and puts your computer back in order again. I would solve memory issues with this program as well as any problems that revolve around disk issues,

It certainly does it's job but after just an hour or so the effect dissapears, RAM usage goes back to normal just after 20-30 minutes.

I can only recommend this program to people in extreme cases, where that extra RAM space is needed at one time. It's major flaw is how short the effect is.

Speed It Up helped my computer run faster! It took a while to finish, but it was worth the wait. Free! You can't beat it.

I would recomend (Speed it up free) to any computer user. It's easy to use I have 5 other computers and have it on them.

OK. It's free - and that counts for a lot. I have a lot of time for people who put out useful stuff like this into the public domain as a free service.

And it works! For my requirements so far it has benefitted my office and home machines. The only machine it didn't work on (my old laptop)simply had other problems that the utility highlighted!! All good!

The interface, features and navigation looks very good. However I did not notice any significant speed improvement in my PC. Moreover, when I use the harddisk speed features, it hung my PC somewhere in the middle of optimisation.

My configuration is WINDOWS/XP, cpu 1.7GHz, 512Mb ram & 80GB harddisk.

It completely cleans out everything speeds up the hard drive, It's great.

I still seem to have trouble with computer slowing down but I think this software is finally doing it's job it's easy to use but as yet I haven't seem a ral increase in speed. It could be that I am running Win XP.
