About the EasyFit, I liked it so much. But some features I used but couldn't understand it well.
Like: I generated random numbers using hypergeometric distibution and tried to put them into a fit. But I found that the hypergeometric distribution itself do not fit the data. HOW COME?
And others. So I would like to know more how this can be eleminated.

Please note that to correctly fit the Hypergeometric distribution to sample data, you should manually specify the n parameter and one of the remaining two parameters (m or N) - there's a Help File topic explaining how to do this. EasyFit cannot estimate all three parameters of this distribution since such an estimate would be unreliable.
The Hypergeometric distribution is very specific in the sense that in most cases you would already know the distribution parameters, and would want to perform some calculations based on this model (e.g. calculate the distribution mean/variance, generate random numbers etc.)
For other distributions supported by EasyFit, you don't need to manually specify the parameters.

Your Software is excellent for almost all types of distribution testing.
You can add the degrees of freedom for the goodness of fit test in the output.
For example if i want to test for the gamma distribution then though your software provides critical values in the output, it will be better if you can add degrees of freedom of the sampling distribution of the chi-test stat.
