MarshallSoft SMTP/POP3/IMAP Visual Basic email (32 & 64 bit) component library (SEE4VB) uses a simple API to send and receive mail, including HTML, MIME Base64 and quoted-printable encoded attachments, from within an application.

Although we have many thousands of copies of SEE in the field, we have never had any similar reports.
SEE will connect to any SMTP (using seeSmtpConnect) or POP3 (using seePop3Connect) server. If you were unable to connect to a particular server, there is either a connectivity or configuration problem. Run one of the example programs (such as MAILER or STATUS) then send me the log file created and I can probably tell what is going wrong.
