It's really Good for the beginners. Especially the examples are awesome and they will make a beginner think in the right direction. Beginners can make good use of it by comparing those examples with the code generated by the JFrameBuilder and learn how to implement more Complex examples in the future.

I have used the JFrameBuilder it is really useful tool for GUI designing and learning about the objects. Still for further easeness if actions performed like mouseclick then in the design itself if we are able to give the conditions for it......redirecting to the java code when mouse clicked for the methods this will be a real good thing for learners like me.
