its good and very easy to use

Worked great. I was having codec issues with my other media software so i got this and it works great.

I hardly used the programme until now. The few times i really needed it, it worked very well.

Works good, it's just doing what it's made for. Great, light, fast, powerfull, easy and that for the right price (free), is a great combination.

I reccomend this program to anyone.

Downloaded this program on a whim for a few tracks, and now i'm using it exclusively for all of my audio conversions. Its free, simple and fast. Case closed.

Application downloaded and installed easily and without problems. Tried out the new software and have no complaints. Does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I never used this product after download i found that it would not do what i wanted. I need a program that will convert WAV to mp3.

The application just dies what its supposed to. It converts without any prolems from m4a to mp3 with no problems. Great app.

Working really well! Does exactly what it says and in an easy way.
The only improvement could be the output file 'folder' creation that I found a tiny bit fiddly.
Apart from that I find it very, very good.

Works very well for my needs. Much easier than using several other programs to do the same job, and it even preserves the tag information!

The download was quick and the installation was a piece of cake. The converter is intuitive and works quickly and accurately. It's perfect.

Excellent programme - does just the job.

Worked extremely well, very simple to use. no spyware or malware, worked fast. I like it.

This worked great for converting a batch of "Purchased AAC audio file" tracks into MP3s for use at the office.

Support for VBR encoding would be a nice addition, but it did a fine job of batch converting a couple dozen M4A/AAC files into MP3.

I didn't try out the media playing features; wasn't interested in yet another media player.

Converter works perfectly, easy to use and no problems whatsoever.

I found the freeware feature-rich and user friendly. The only problem I actually faced was that it did not convert the entire file I had asked it to. I was trying to convert an over 11 hours audiobook in Apple's m4b format into an mp3 format so that I could listen to it on my LG Cookie KP500 mobile device. The first and second time it made only 74 minutes of audio, and the third time about 5 hours. Ultimately I used Apple's itunes to convert it into an AAC format which is readable on my mobile, and it worked. I go another software called Daniusoft mp3 WAV converter, which is also free, and it did the job perfectly, too. I plan to use this one for all the future conversion that I will be doing.

Had no problems installing this software, and it converted my .aac file to .m4a, allowing my wife to keep an old ringtone on her new phone.

This software is extremely easy to use without referring to any instruction manuals and just works really well.
We wanted to attach some music to a home video my daughter was making and she tried to use her itunes but Movie Maker wouldn't recognise the file format.
A google search showed up M4A to MP3 Converter-even the name just tells you what it does !!

Simple and direct, to the point operation. We had about 7 GB of music from an earlier bout with an IPod, 99% of which were in m4a format. My son is going to convert (as needed ;-) to mp3 for use in the many little shirt pocket mp3 players while riding motorcycles. My only 'complaint' is it's not native under linux.

Had no problems with the conversion on my files

While I find the program very useful in converting some files, it should include basic video conversion as well. Other than that it was a good all round program. While it was not for personal use(A friend has asked me for a program that coverted m4a to mp3) I did find it very useful and they found it even more so.

The converter was fast and effective. Kind of like firefox, clear and simple gui. If only more freeware on the internet was like this. My only gripe would be the glitch in the code which causes the convert button to resize and cover the text which says "convert". Otherwise well done to ManiacTools.

For a piece of free software, I'm VERY impressed. DID evertything I wanted. I threw it a list of 200 items to batch process and it just did it's job. VERY HAPPY!

Happy to see that it keeps M4A tags and writes them in MP3.

Unfortunately:
1/ no export to VBR MP3 format.
2/ no normalisation before export

What a great product. When you use the search-option in the standard Windows Explorer, you can drag and drop you search-results (in this case all *.m4a) into the converter - I love that!

Not supported at Vista yet...

A good software!Because my english is very poor, I may not know how to describe my review. So I can only say this is a good software and help me to do many things.

Not considering myself techinically savvy, I usually call on someone else to show me how to use an application such as this one. But I figured this one out all on my own and from download to converting my first file took less than 5 minutes!

Great, easy to use and easy to access thanks heaps great solution.

I really like this program, I had 5 gig of M4a and aac files windows media sometimes has problems with I batch converted them in two huge lots. Great now they are all MP3s.
I burdened it with a huge work load and it never crashed unlike some other inferior professional programs.

This Program could do with a search function to find rogue filesand also a Explore functionto add lots by hand the input file is adequate but time consuming I right clicked and used the explore feature on windows then had to go in folder by folder.

This program is really really good

Overall I would think it is a relatively good convertion software. However just dissapointed that it does not convert chinese M4a files.
