The DataTrack System is an affordable, web enabled service and support management system designed for call centers, help desks, customer support centers, IT departments, and software development teams. Comprised of the DataTrack Server, Desktop Client, and Web Client, the DataTrack System offers an innovative, all-inclusive solution for organizations of all sizes and types. The DataTrack System helps with all facets of your help desk, including such features as work order tracking, escalation and automation, knowledge base, asset management, e-mail notifications, user-defined fields, PC auditing, file attachments. Please add a rating category for Technical Support. This software is well done, and we like most of it. There is a bug or two that the 21 year old code writer (T.J. Maghni)missed. But do not hope, expect, or anticipate any response from their technical support, because there is none, nada, zip. We've solicited their help on a small problem 22 times by email, 800 number and support submission form. We have not received a single reply. We believe their heading towards, or are in Chapter 11. They owe us a refund on an erroneous charge since November, and we doubt that we'll see it. Stay clear, and those of you who already own it, I sympathize with you. It came sooo close to being what we wanted.
