I realy don't have a comment as yet, but I use Oblivion & I can't use the profiler with it.

This program is very good - i can use my controller as mouse(thou it is not better than real mouse), and i haven't tried many other possibilities yet. Haven't tride it at GTA 4, as that is why i was looking for this type of software.

I bought an xbox wireless controller for the new tomb raider and was told by the salesperson that the controller was customizable for games note built with the controller in mind. That was not so, but Pinnacle was easy to find and has proved a good solution.
I have only set up one steam game (geometry wars - which is worth checking out for anyone into arcade games at all) and have not enabled controls exactly as preferred probably due to having to point Pinnacle to Steam.exe rather than geometry wars itself. And because of the latter fact I might find problems with alternate configurations on extra steam games.
Generally though Pinnacle is a very neat and useful program, the interface took a little longer to get my head around than most programs but not much. There's the unexpected bonus of being able to you the controller to navigate windows (especially good for the ultralazy)
I'm far from the biggest gamehead and have not owned an xbox, but having a good pc and a wireless xbox controller and now a version of Pinnacle I have trouble imagining the worth of an xbox at all.

I need help deleting this program because I have no use of it today. Also, it's a trial that I cannot delete. Please contact me if you know how to delete this program off of your computer. Reply this message to my e-mail (philipiknowkid aim com) Please! I really need to erase this program because they keep charging me alot of money and I can only get out of it just by deleting Pinnacle Game Profiler!

Awesome software for using my xbox360 controller to play call of duty 2 and 4 on my pc. It automatically detected the installed games and the best configuration of the controller for those games. Exactly what I needed.
But it crashes once in a while and I have to leave the game, close pinnacle game profiler and start it again to use the controller. This is a bit annoying especially because I play multilayer and . . . . I wish there is some kind of fix for it. I tried updating but it tells me it has the latest updates.
any one with ideas to solve this is welcome to share it

The first thing that you may think while downloading a software for custom game profiles for you Gamepad is something like "will this do the trick" , or "why even bother to download it.. i probably is another crappy sofware full with bugs", etc.. But here is the Big NO!
Pinnacle Game Profiler is for me the best software ever made for this type of activity. All the features that it offers to you are just outstanding.
1-st There is a wizzard to guide you on how to do the cutomization.
2-nd You can choose a deadline for the analogs
3-rd You can create your own combinations of pressed key atonce
4-th It is very easy to mange with the software and do changes for every game you like to play.
5-th On the internet there are many allready made profiles for game, so you can just download and import them.
6-th but not last I haven't seen even one BUG

So that is my opinion. Test it for your self and you will not loose. It's a great software.

well, it`s simple to use, also there are no problems using it for a game where You wouldnt think of using a gamepad, easily You can download a set profile for Your choosen game, or if it isnt that popular, just make a command for each button on Your gamepad,
a good prog.

More control over emulated behavior such as zones etc.

Lacks (I realize this is a difficult one) the ability to remap specific axes to a IDx virtual controller. This is really what I was looking for.

Most of the features of this app can be found on freeware apps.
