Cannot get it to copy two folders onto same Cd without disposing of the original copy. Somehow it removes the first folder even though I use Cd-r and not Cd-rw discs. I have asked for assistance on this but have gotten no reply. You need a place other than a forum to ask for help. None seems to be forthcoming there. Because of this problem I have given it a poor rating for ease of use. So far this has not been easy. I had to overcome another problem but it worked itself out.
