Small business payroll system developed using Microsoft's VB.NET technology. Automatically calculates net paycheck amounts using the latest federal income tax tables as provided by the IRS. Calculates Advance Earned Income Credit payments. Computes totals for the quarterly form 941 return as well as state unemployment returns. Provides payment history reports per employee and for the company. Flexible, sophisticated and easy to use. The Plus Version supports eight customizable deductions (Pre and Post Tax) and provides the ability to keep track of employee documents and events. Data backup and restore plus optional state withholding calculations for California, Ohio, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Virginia. A reverse paycheck calculator and form 941 printing have just been added to the Plus version.

The software was downloaded successfully, while setup it copied all the files then two windows opened automatically. I have keep on up to evening but it was not installed, finally from the task manager menu canceled the installation.
Please advice what is the problem.

I am unable to use the program. When I try and logon to the system I receive an error message that needs to be debugged. I just hit 'no' several times and then I can finally get in. I was able to add an employee but I am unable to makes changes or 'modify' employee info. It will show that it changed but when I go to create the paycheck it has the old information. I am also unable to calculate the paycheck. I receive an error message: "The server committed a protocol violation. Section=ResponseHeader Detail=CR must by followed by LF".
