VDC creates virtual drives, as advertised, but didn't solve my problem. Version 2 of Rosetta Stone has code that only works off of the original language DVD. Copying to the hard drive won't work. The new version (3) removes this restriction, but also means one doesn't need VDC.
I would like to create a Clubsafechat.com virtual website where kids can interact with other kids all around the world! This website would be a safe way to create your own life, before your real future plans actually happen! This would be a great way to show kids life problems on what will happen in the future. This is the single drawback I have found - the program does not retain the mounting set for each virtual drive. I use this for my daughters games, and I have to manually reset this every time the computer is turned off or on. Not worth it.
Its a cool program for virtual drive control, its one of the best *freeware* on the net. The only thing i don't like is the menu, I use WinXpPro SP2 and when i open the menu i doesn't closes auto like it sould. For the rest its excellent. I recommend it to everyone!
