Latest User Reviews:
Intending is good. Option to find unclosed HTML tags are required.

I wanted to use Polystyle to attempt to de-obfuscate some particularly obfuscated code. As such, I was probably pushing it a lot harder than an "average" user would. To Polystyle's credit, it made a brave attempt at de-obfuscating the code, and did so without crashing (a lot of Beautifiers can't cope with really strange code). Also I was impressed at the interface and the ease of use.
In summary: I've not yet encountered a need for a code beatifier during my normal coding activities (only during the strange ones). But if you are in need of one, this is the nicest of the ones I've seen.

The Pros:
- a good selection of code formatting options
- a varied number of ways to apply beautification to selected code
- relatively small footprint on the system
The Cons:
- numbers of the different things to use are not aligned in each tab (making it difficult to read)
- a lot of text in the interface, too much to be displayed at one time
- occasionally, I have had it split a commented line of code onto two lines, the bottom line then becoming uncommented and the code not compiling
Overall, a good simple tool that gets the job done. Very handy for me when it comes to trying to read code from other programmers.
