Subsequent changes of the records have to be impossible or must be documented. Reporting itineraries e.g. with a spreadsheet software is not accepted because of the possibility of subsequent changes. Euro-Fahrtenbuch was developed consistently on the basis of the legal requirements regarding data completeness and prevention and/or documentation of subsequent changes. To avoid the time-consuming task of handwriting each trip at the destination, it is possible to import data from a GPS vehicle tracking system. Journeys can be created and passed on to the software Euro-Reisekosten. A professional travel expense report can then be created with just a few mouse clicks.
