There are 4 fun modes available: Billy's Adventure, Dead or Alive, General Mode and Topic Mode. Each mode has its own uniqueness. Occasionally, while you're playing, a bandit will come to attack you for your money and name. There are 3 types of bandits with different specialties. They are Jim, Cato and Jack. You can use special items to help you solve the game. Little mouse helps you reveal part of the word by dropping one bottle. Lucky horseshoe brings luck in Billy's adventure so that he can make multiple shots without missing any bullets. And the last special item is dynamite, it helps you win easily by destroying all the bottles at once.
In General and Topic modes, you can play with general words or use pre-loaded word topics - Educational and Entertainment. But there are also Additional Topics that you can download. A Knowledge Bar at the bottom of the game will give you information about the words. You can also create your own topics and upload them for other players. This game has original western music and playable in 6 different languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish. High scores records for each game mode are available.

The game is OK, but the words are not words that I am familiar with. I don't think that words relating to Billy or the wild west should be used. This is a game, and it should captivate the player playing it, so normal dictionary words, like other hangman games should be used. Otherwise the graphics are very good.
