GUI needs work, particularly with DIVXconverter. DIVX player is not quite as bad but could be made easier to use, particularly for older people with less that perfect eyesight.
I use the converter to reprocess avi files I have downloaded from bitorrent sites. Sometimes the avi files don't work. I find that if I put them through converter, they always work perfectly then. It doesn't seem to have the audi sync problems that other coverters often have.
