ActivIcons allows you to customize the Windows desktop icon and cursor attributes. This small program allowed me to alter many icons on Windows. Really expansive options and easy-to-use interface. Nice graphics and controls, the only qualm I have is perhaps always seeing that old image there of Ted Roosevelt, (former U.S. president) when the program shuts down. But it could be just a side-effect of using the demo version, I don't know.
