Only one thing sir, why does it take sooo long to scan a file and my computer. for 100 files to scan it may take upto an hour.

We currently use the Firewall and would also like to use the Antivirus but it is not available for Vista. We would like to be advised when it is released.

I find the software performed nicely, it did the job well. I had no problems with the updates and thought the scanning time was reasonable.

It is a nightmare to get a licence number I have been trying to get one for the past week I did downlaod from the internet but still I cannot get a licence key and I quite like the comodo antivirus please help me to get a license key my daughter also have the comodo and it is working fantastic.

I was looking for free antiviruses to download and came across Comodo. After the the time I spent downloading, installing, sending files to your server and scanning, I still couldn't erase the infections on my machine because I was required to purchase.

I don't have a problem with buying things, I just can't stand products that boast "free" this, "free" that, when yet nothing offered is free.

It would be a big plus to have comodo antivirus available for "vista".
As my system is "vista" your current version of antivirus will not work for me. Please update your a/v for "vista"

Comodo has trouble loading due to permisssions. Overcame that but won't load On Access Scanner and can't complete a full system scan as it bombs. Pity!

Was having trouble with Avira AntiVir and a friend recommended Comodo. It downloaded fine and the instructions to close all running applications were clear. I then Uninstalled Avira and installed Comodo. The only confusing part was the initial scan when it found programs that weren't on it's "Safe" list, but figured that out and it has been running quietly in the background ever since. I like that it doesn't send me a daily email to "upgrade" to the "premium" or "high-priced" version. You've done a good job with this.

I am using now on Windows XP on my protabele, but it is a pitty that it is not working on Vista, Comodo tells that it is possible in october but it is not working on Vista I hope that it is comming soon foor using Vista.

The layout and the content of this application seem good and it has a very solid / quality feel to it...but.

On the initial scan, my machine was wrecked. The first sign of damage was a Windows popup suggesting that I might want to reinstall critical windows files as they had been damaged, removed or corrupted. I did this, but on a restart had the same hal.dll issue reported elsewhere. Not to mention the destruction of many other DLL's as well.

I normally use Virtual Machines to test such software, but on this occasion was lulled into a false sense of security based on my findings of the Comodo Firewall. How wrong I was.

This is a huge issue, and many users who are not IT professionals could end up spending a large amount of time and money (as well as loosing valuable data) by installing this program and I feel that Comodo should pretty quickly remove this from their list of applications that are available to the public.

This product has done more damage to my system in one shot than any virus that I have ever encountered. My suggestion is to fix it soon or start loosing a lot of credibility.

I now have to question the use of the firewall as well. What hidden / unknown quality issues belie this product too?

PS To rate this program I set all values to Poor as this was the only way to show that the current application needs a 0 rating. IMHO it is of no use rating any other part of the application until it actually works!

This software trashed my newly built pc. It interrupted one of my email accounts in Outlook and promptly deleted much of my hard drive including hal.dll AND my xp registration. It took me 3 rebuilds and a wasted week determining where the problem was. I will never trust anything this company releases and I would advise anyone to leave well alone. (ps I am an IT consultant).

I had downloaded the Comodo Firewall program successfully. So, I decided to download and install the Antivirus program. Big Mistake!! The program did not load properly on my XP OS. When I attempted to start the computer, none of the programs would operate. I could not disengage the Antivirus, nor could I access the Add/Remove program to get rid of it. After almost 4 hours of utter and complete frustration, I finally contacted an expert who helped me to disengage the Antivirus program while running in Safe Mode. The time, trouble, and inconvenience to me were worth well more than the $50 bucks it would have costs to buy a decent program. Comodo Antivirus is the worst program I've ever downloaded. Comodo Group should do the Internet community a real service and take it off the market until the bugs have been removed.

I never even actually got a chance to use this program, beyond the initial first scan antivirus programs use. It said something was corrupt, or that a file was missing or something, so I tried to uninstal- I have not been able to get it off my computer, it won't let me fully uninstal now, becuase files are missing to do so, and yet I keep trying to download it again to instal, thinking if I do that, I'll be able to uninstal properly, and it downloads, but WILL NOT install agin correctly. My computer is all screwy now because of this program, and it constantly pops up trying to reinstall it again, but can't because of the missing files, and pops up again and again, I CANNOT get it off my computer now for the life of me! Do not use, it could happen to you. Probably the only way I'm ever going to get it off, is if I format my drive and erase everything! And then I will have to lose everything I have and start from scratch again. Screw that!

Will use on all my computers at home and in my bussiness.
