If you know how to define a table in Excel you can get the data from your PDF documents, reports and screens into neatly formatted Excel sheets.
PDF2XL Enterprise is helping business users get hold on data that is provided to them in PDF format or from existing data in the organization applications and convert the data to MS Excel and MS Word. Installing PDF2XL Enterprise will add a printer to your printer-list. When you want to extract data from a report or screen, simply print it to the Cogniview printer. You will see the report/screen in a "print preview" mode and all you have to do is mark the data you want to extract to your excel and press the Convert Button.

This was a program I needed to review some calculations and it saved me a whole lot of time. This was a once off though so I won't buy the product but will definately consider it in the future.
