I like the idea. I think that this would work, but it made my eyes tired and I felt somewhat dizzy after the 3 minutes. I don't know if I could stand it for 15 minutes. I would rather have pictures or a slower movement of/in the rectangles. I think a lot of seniors would agree with me. We tend to get dizzy. It was easy to use,but I have to really think about ordering it.
