Still to me, this Pdfmachine s extremely difficult to use. Sometimes the signature shows, sometimes it look tiny, sometimes it looks huge, sometimes it just does not show. Look at the user manual, still no help.
I purchase it for business purpose, and now I can not do anything with it for days. Can't believe I paid for it, let along ER 155.00.
-I would like to ask for a refund, having purchase it only for two days. At least in that case I would not have any ill feeling of the company.
If the situation is not resolved, I would be forced to communicate on all feedback forum to advise all potential users to stay away from this product.
-The billing process takes ages in this day and age (two days). I hope the refund deoes not take as long.
