I downloaded MyCourts yesterday and installed it. The product looks as if it may meet my needs and generally the installation went without a hitch.
There is a small admin section in the main program but soon you find you need the main admin program. You can set up times, but only on half hour basis. For me this is a bit of a problem as a squash game lasts up to 45 minutes and it would be nice to have one court on 30 mins and the other on 45. Even better if you could manually set the time gaps.
To fully set it up, it needs a separate admin program to run while the main program is closed which can be a little irritating, but I guess that so that ordinary memebers can't access the admin. Maybe using passwords would have been better.
My main requirement of the program is for members to be able to book on line. So far I have not got this working but I have had some e-mail support (the on line support did not seem to work)
All in all, after 24 hours, it hard to give a full review - but qarchive doen't give you much option!!
