Was exactly the sort of program I was looking for. Updates are extremely quick (often faster than Bloomberg, BBC, etc.) and the software itself is extremely user-friendly.
Recommended if you don't have hundreds of pounds to pay for a program that may do the same thing at best.

Well, I just downloaded AptiStock and got it running but it seems to me to be a comprehensive program with many good features and most of all it's for free if one can live with end of day data. Hung up once yesterday but after restart it's running fine.

I tried to download stock data from your site after the install and run into an error which the software can not handle. After a couple of tries, I've given up and de-install the Aptistock 1.04.
The data I tried to download from your site is for HK stock exchange (0005). It complaints about a data format error during the 0005 file download and recommended a re-download of the stock codes. I did that and re-tried the operation. The same thing happens again. .... and again ... and again.

I've started using the app tody and it seems very nice.
The problem is, whenever I try to update/reDownload EOD data for any stock symbol I chose from NASDAQ, NYSE or AMEX stock market lists, I keep getting an error message, about file type error, after the files seemed to be downloaded to the machine.
The problem is not resolved even after performing an update of the stock list.
So basiclly, I really couldn't start using the AptiStock.

1.regular updation of eod data of select groups
2.Indicator ADX is Confusing as it is supposed to be between 0-100%
3.Addl Indicator Dn+ and Dn- can give additional help
