The quality of your converted videos are better than I anticipated.Also, the options to convert to are more numerous than I expected.This is good!But I have asked the same question twice & have still not received a response that is plausible.The two replies I received were almost like responses to someone elses queries.Is there a language factor at play here? It is almost like someone is responding to a translation of my query,but the translation is not accurate-so the response is garbled.
