The "demo" program is hopelessly cripppled. There's no way to know if it can do a proper conversion if it stops halfway through.
I won't use software that won't let you test it properly before you buy it any longer; I've been burned too many times.

I encoded a file then tried to view it on my mobile phone (which plays MP4s). Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but the sound was there without any video (just a black screen). I've uninstalled your program and will not consider buying it. Sorry, but you only get one go...
