I thought that the program was pretty good, however, the trial thing was annoying. It's like you either pay right now, or you only convert ONE minute of a file which to me is not a very enticing offer, nor is it PRACTICAL. If the trial would allow me to convert the entire file at say, a 30 day free trial, I would use it to convert Flash Video, (FLV) files from YouTube and other video-sharing services into mpg and wmv formats for burning to dvd's like I do. It converted kind of slow on my computer, but that was forgiven by me because the minute of the file that was converted was PERFECT quality. Probably because I know of conversion and formats and compatibility between formats, bit rates, audio types, Hertz rates, and other stuff since I have to know it all the time when I make dvds and convert files for friends so that they can share their movies. It didn't really help me in the way of being productive because one minute is nothing. If you could consider this:
I would try and use your program if you would offer, say a "10" day unlimited conversion time trial with all the formats and qualities included. But I wouldn't buy it because it's not my favorite program for converting flv files.

I wouldn't have the need to use this particular software on a regular basis but for what I required at the time, this product did the job. If I ever do require this on a more regular basis, I will have no hesitation on purchasing it. Thanks for the opportunity to try it out. First class.
