I ordered and paid for a copy of Print screen Deluxe and also ordered and received a disc copy and installed it in mt Vista machine and now it wants a number or it says that it will quit working after 13 uses. I can't find any number anywhere. What shall I do?

I really like the product. It is very helpful for quickly getting web info easily. I bought the product about 3 years ago. Then I got a new computer & asked the company -American - how I could get another copy but never heard from them after 2 tries. So now I just have to download the free copy every month_that's a pain!
