Simulation Toolkit provides Network Recorder and Trap Recorder to record and replay real SNMP networks and traps and create simulations of actual devices of your network. Devices can be configured at run-time, both on individual and collective basis.

While this program from the demo is very nice it is priced for high end companies and not the individual or small business with a modest software budget. I liked the demo but with the cost of this program and on a personal budget for training, I will look for less costly alternatives.
You should buy each protocol simulator separately.
