Can't get my Chinese voice (Lily) to work. It seems to have something to do with Microsoft set-up, or SAPI_4 or SAPI_5. Lily is listed as an available voice, but is silent when used. Microsoft Sam works, of course (if I want to use something that sounds like it came out of 50's horror movie).
